Helping Our Students Meet Employer Expectations
As we all work together to give our students the best learning experience possible it is also our jobs to make sure we are assisting them in preparing for what is next after OSU.
The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), provides eight competencies associated with career readiness, shown below,that they put together based on extensive research among employers.Our goal as the CFAES Career Development Office is to assist students in how they articulate their experience and to encourage them to gain the types of experience that help them grow in these 8 competencies. Join of us in keeping our students aware of their experiences in the classroom and outside the classroom will benefit them in their post graduate indevers.
